ACE is a boutique financial advisory firm specialized in sustainable development. Thus we work solely on economic, financial, social and environmental projects that help to deliver on the outcomes of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals by 2030. We leverage on our relationships and networks, international experience, local knowledge, financial expertise, backgrounds in the social and private sectors, to deliver solutions that have both social impact and generate a financial return.

Who we are
We are a financial advisory firm focused on solving social and environmental problems globally, starting with Africa. We put together our financial insights, local knowledge, proximity to the people, experiential knowledge of social challenges or issues, high creativity and systems thinking to generate innovative solutions to wicked problems. We are deeply entrenched in the grassroots communities.
Our intention is to solve wicked problems in our communities in Africa and beyond. Nevertheless, we understand that to provide sustainable solutions at scale, we must ensure that these proposed solutions yield a financial return as well, in order to tap into the bigger pool of private capital. Any philanthropic capital will be used to crowd-in or catalyze the flow of private investment, which by nature and fiduciary duty, seeks a financial return.
We envision a very prosperous, inclusive (no one left behind), job-rich Africa that is peaceful, productive and value creating.

Our Philosophy
We believe that there are ‘Acres of Diamond’ in our backyard and within us waiting to be discovered. Hence, the solutions to our problems are within or around us and not far away. We have an unwavering belief in human potential.
Also, we believe that the best way to job and wealth creation in Africa is to provide solutions to the gigantic problems which the continent faces and thus create value. Hence we have a mindset of value creation, as opposed to value extraction or rent-seeking, which is prevalent in our society.
Governance
We have a conviction that corporate governance is imperative for us to achieve our vision. Hence we are currently trying to recruit top and credible talents to join our management team. Also we are trying to get internationally reputable executives to join our Board of Directors. The process is ongoing and would be completed by the end of the first quarter of 2022.

Ayuk Akoachere
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Ayuk Akoachere is the CEO of ACE Impact Investments. He is an erudite financier, a senior corporate telecoms and technology executive, and an entrepreneur. As a senior finance executive at MTN Cameroon, Ayuk was involved in several major financial transactions and raised hundreds of billion francs CFA in debt financing for the company. He has co-founded several ventures including Executive Assets (a Real Estate firm), National Community Credit (a Micro-Finance institution) and ACE Foundation (a non-profit organization). Ayuk has above 20 years of corporate experience in Agro-industry, Consulting, Finance and Telecoms. He is a high-flyer with enormous accomplishments and awards across Africa.
Ayuk is also one of the pioneer persons in Digital Finance and Fintech in the CEMAC Region. He was part the initial Mobile Money team at MTN Cameroon, as way back as 2007 where his role was to design the Mobile Money Value Proposition and build the business model. In 2011, he led a team that developed the best Business improvement Project in West & Central African cohort of MTN managers. The project was focused on unlocking the value of Mobile Money in Cameroon. In addition, Ayuk lectures Finance at the MBA program of the University of Buea, where he has introduced Digital Finance into the curriculum. Recently, he has partnered with other young entrepreneurs in Silicon Mountain Buea to co-found PURSAR, a FinTech Operating System company based in Buea.
Ayuk is an alumnus of University of Oxford’s Said Business School. He has also studied at Harvard Business School, London Business School and University of California, Berkeley. He brings on board his experience from Silicon Valley in the domains of Entrepreneurship and Venture Capital. Before furthering his education abroad, Ayuk was the pioneer First Class graduate from the Department of Economics & Management, and the Faculty of Social and Management Sciences at the University of Buea, Cameroon.
Ayuk has a vision of a prosperous, peaceful and job-rich Africa and has thus embarked on a mission of creating one million jobs in Africa and the enormous wealth which will result from fulfilling this vision.
